The Centre for Migration Studies, University of Ghana (CMS-UG), invites faculty, staff, students, alumni, partners and the public to join the Health and Migration Sensitisation Walk on Saturday, 14 November 2026.
The walk is a pre-conference activity of the 2026 Metropolis International Migration Conference and part of the climax of the CMS@20 anniversary celebrations. It aims to raise public awareness of the links between health and migration.

How to take part
- Register for the walk. Please complete the registration form here: [link]. Registration helps us plan, and a large turnout will make the walk a fitting start to the conference and the anniversary climax.
- Pay for your T-shirt. If you have ordered a CMS@20 T-shirt, please make your payment as soon as possible so that printing can be completed on time.

About the conference
The 2026 Metropolis International Migration Conference and CMS@20 Anniversary Climax take place from 18 – 20 November 2026 at the Cedi Conference Centre, University of Ghana, Accra. The event is organised with the African Union and the Metropolis International Migration Network.
