How to Apply
Applications to all Migration Studies programmes at the Centre for Migration Studies (CMS), University of Ghana, are submitted online through the University’s official admissions system.
Application Steps
- Purchase an e-voucher (Ghanaian applicants only):
Obtain a University of Ghana e-voucher from participating banks to access the online application portal. - Complete the online application:
Visit the UG Application Portal and complete the application form for your chosen programme (MA, MPhil, PhD, Sandwich, or Professional Short Course). - Upload required documents:
- Academic certificates
- Official academic transcripts
- Supporting documents (e.g., statement of purpose, research proposal, writing sample—as applicable)
- Gazette or marriage certificate (if your name has changed)
- Submit the application:
Review all entries carefully and submit before the stated deadline.
Additional Notes
- International applicants should follow the same online process via the UG Application Portal.
- Programme-specific requirements (e.g., interviews or additional documents) may apply.
- Applicants are advised to consult the School of Graduate Studies admissions guidelines for detailed instructions and deadlines.
